This stage is focused purely on ideas and exploration. It is ideal if you want to investigate possibilities before committing to construction.

Town Planning (If Required)

If your project is located within a heritage area, character zone, or falls outside typical planning controls, we guide you through the council process.

This may include:

• Identifying whether a Development Application (DA) is required
• Preparing drawings, reports, and supporting documentation
• Liaising with town planners and council to streamline the process

This ensures the concept aligns with both your goals and local planning requirements.

Once the concept design is confirmed, we develop it into a more detailed and refined proposal, aligned with your budget, timeline, and approval requirements.
