About: 

An 18-storey residential tower proposed adjacent to the Westfield Mt Gravatt shopping centre in Brisbane's south, designed for Salter Brothers as a development uplift on an existing hotel asset. The scheme delivers 101 two-bedroom apartments above a four-storey podium housing a childcare centre and parking, with a rooftop pool, gym and barbecue area. The facade responds to the building's suburban context through gently undulating balcony forms, creating naturally ventilated, permeable apartments that read as individual petals across the tower face.
