The client came to us with a home that felt busy and disconnected, too many wall variations, too many rooflines. Every element was reconsidered on its own terms, screens, gates, balustrades, awnings, garage doors, each refined rather than replaced, so the whole reads as one considered update rather than a collection of changes. This canal-front home sits in the perfect location, on the water, in a quiet, established pocket. Sitting within this protected waterway setting, the new design works within what the site allows, respecting the existing setback rather than pushing against it.
